    Vitamin E Description:

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that has massive benefits for both your hair and skin. Vitamin E occurs naturally in the skin but it does deplete due to consistent exposure to free radicals such as environmental pollution and UV exposure especially if you do not use sunscreen. There are natural forms of vitamin E, such as d-alpha-tocopherol, d-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, and then there are synthetic forms of vitamin E, such as dl-alpha tocopherol and dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate. Natural forms of vitamin E have been proven to be much better for you than synthetic forms of vitamin E as they come from vegetable oils or wheat germs. Vitamin E  is an antioxidant that protects against free radicals, reduces signs of ageing, reduces inflammation, and protects from sun damage. Vitamin E has been proven to help with hair loss, balance all production in hair, and improve scalp circulation. Vitamin E can also add shine by replacing the damaged fat layer over your hair cuticles.
